2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment’s progress.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, Grabzio LLC is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at support@grabzio.co.
Once your order has shipped, we cannot change the address or issue a refund for orders delivered to the wrong address.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Grabzio LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered by the carrier.
If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly or email support@grabzio.co — we’ll do our best to help locate your order.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or missing items:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@grabzio.co with your order number and photos of the damage.
  • We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

9. Preorders and Backorders

If an item is on preorder or backorder, we’ll notify you at checkout or via email with an estimated shipping date.
Your payment will secure your item, and it will ship as soon as it becomes available.
