We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refunds & Returns Policy outlines your rights and options if you are not happy with your order.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on most new, unused, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unused, and unwashed).

  • The item must be in the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and components included.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Some products may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Personal care or intimate items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products

  • Clearance or “final sale” items

If an item is not eligible for return, it will be clearly stated on the product page.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@grabzio.co with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions and a return shipping address if applicable.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please note: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Grabzio LLC is not responsible for items lost during return transit.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.


5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

  • Please contact us at support@grabzio.co to confirm availability.

  • Once your return is received, we’ll send the replacement item or issue store credit if the desired item is out of stock.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@grabzio.co with photos of the issue and your order number.

  • We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.


7. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped.
Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.

  2. Contact your bank or card provider — processing times can vary.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please email support@grabzio.co and we’ll assist you.
